Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 2, 2026

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged by customer misuse

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@onlydogood.co with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship to the address provided. Include your RA number on or inside the package.
  4. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund

Important: Do not ship returns without a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return criteria:

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days
  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different payment method or issue cash refunds.

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in the following cases:

  • Items returned after 30 days but within 60 days (50% refund)
  • Items not in original condition or missing original packaging
  • Items showing signs of use

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different product or variant:

  1. Return the original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. Your refund will be processed once we receive the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Email support@onlydogood.co with your order number
  2. Include photos of the damage or defect
  3. Describe the issue

We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@onlydogood.co within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid label to return the incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipping

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately at support@onlydogood.co. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

After Shipping

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the package and follow our standard return process.

Karma Points and Returns

If you return an item, any Karma points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you have already allocated those points:

  • Points not yet distributed: Will be reversed from your pending allocation
  • Points already distributed: The deduction will be applied to your next purchase's Karma earnings

Refund Method

All refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the same card
  • PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account

If your original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired card), please contact us and we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times vary)
  3. If you've done both and still don't see your refund, contact us at support@onlydogood.co
