Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).

We do not currently ship internationally. If you are located outside the United States, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days before shipment

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, side door)
  2. Check with neighbors who may have accepted the package
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier
  4. Contact us at support@onlydogood.co within 7 days of the delivery date

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us at support@onlydogood.co within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Some express shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Box delivery. Standard USPS shipping is available for all P.O. Box addresses.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@onlydogood.co. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Depending on your location and selected shipping method, your package may also be delivered by UPS or FedEx for certain express options.
